- Minimum booking two nights. Minimum three nights for the peak summer season from Dec – January and on long weekends.
- Maximum guests two adults. No additional guests. Please note we do not accept bookings with children or infants.
- No smoking inside the buildings; smokers may use the outdoor veranda.
- This property is a private wildlife sanctuary – sorry no pets.
- To be Covid- safe we are not able to support day visitors during your stay.
- Free WIFI is available at nearby Venus Bay Community Centre (6km).
